Shipping policy

Please allow 1 to 3 days to process and ship orders. We will contact you if any out of stock item has been purchased. Orders placed after 4:00pm (PST) Monday to Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will not be processed till the next business day. We only ship to addresses within the United States. Natures Care Co is not responsible for replacing any orders due to the result of any failed delivery attempts, misplaced packages, incorrect shipping address, weather, loss by carrier or loss after delivery. If multiple items have been purchased and some are out of stock, we will not ship out the order until we are back in stock on the missing item, unless the customer has requested and the items are applicable for partial shipments.
